Alignement torques are averaged over Delaunay neighbors with vision cone bias, dipole flow field shape hydrodynamic interactions, wrapped Gaussian turning noise injects 'agency' per fish, evasive behavior based on vision and orthogonal turning. Fish color indicates speed (shinier is faster).
